Keto Almond Golden Bread

Ingredients
- A light and simple Keto bread option perfect for toast and your favorite Keto spread.
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 5-6 eggs
- 3 1/2 oz Butter (softened)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
- Mix together in a mixing bowl the almond flour, baking powder, xantham gum, and sea salt.
- In an electric mixer, whisk the eggs and slowly incorporate the softened butter.
- Add the coconut oil.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mix. Continue mixing.
- Line the bread pan with parchment paper. Grease if needed.
- Pour the bread batter onto the bread pan then set the oven to 340 F for 40 mins.
